About Frank
![]()
I’m a consultant in service-oriented architecture, business process management, and knowledge representation. I am active in a number of different standards organizations: W3C, OASIS and OMG. My previous experience includes the design and implementation of AI and agent programming languages, initially in academia and more recently at Fujitsu research labs.
This blog centers on my consultancy areas and extends to the larger topic of action-at-a-distance across the internet. This is, I believe, where the real focus of attention needs to be in the medium term.
